Cancellations/amendments must be received no later than the following number of days prior to the arrival date to be considered;

• Spa day packages and individual treatments – 7 days

• Groups of 6 or more – 14 days

• Spa residential packages – 14 days

All packages are prepaid and no refunds after days stated above
